Burlington County based Developer looking for an experienced technician with hands-on ability and good interpersonal skills. The Developer plans to perform in-house the HVAC maintenance of all buildings in a large and prestigious Business Park in Burlington County. There is a mix of packaged rooftop equipment, ductless split systems and refrigeration equipment. Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player. Role and Responsibilities
- Technical aptitude to perform on-site preventative maintenance and handle routine repairs.
- The organization and scheduling of the maintenance so that everything is kept in good condition.
- The planning of upgrades, replacements and new equipment.
- Management of all records and working with accounting department on billings.
- Provide our tenants with a professional service experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands on Commercial & Industrial HVAC & Refrigeration experience.
- Master HVACR License preferred, but not required
- EPA 608 Certification (Type III or Universal) Required
- Position requires both pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to effectively interact with fellow employees and company management.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing.
